  • I started with Tim spring of 2021. A father of two young boys and a business owner that requires being very physical. I was overweight and tired most of the time. Tim helped me lose 31lbs (230lbs/199lbs ) in a remarkable amount of time. Giving me more energy and a lot of my daily aches and pains subsided. This allowed me to be the dad I want to be , that's able to keep up with two young boys after a long day of work.
